This is about loss, but even moreso about triumph over loss.

The 'Lost Wax' process used in producing a bronze is the basis for this work combined with the image of the zip - the back-bone of a garment. The links of metal holding the zip together are like supporting hands.

The final piece has taken on the air of a crucifix, an image raised from the dead.
